Tinikling Dancers on cruise ship

Tinikling Dancers. Apparently this dance originates from the farmers trying to keep the large birds (herrons etc) from eating the grains planted in the fields and paddies. So they got long bamboo poles and swung them to break the birds' legs so the birds will not ruin the crops. Hey I don't make this stuff up! So watch the song and you can imagine what happens if a dancer does not move out of the way in time.
